The formation of VPTG leverages the Genesys heritage, but has expanded considerably into more consultancy disciplines and portfolio capabilities due to its alliance agreements with key industry service providers / vendors and their related technologies and expertise.
Consequently VoicePro Technology Group and the expertise and resources at its disposal are in a position to support the pursuit of best practice operations within contact centre, enterprise telephony and associated support elements of project management, carriage, bespoke recruitment, call centre technology and enterprise telephony design, supply, deployment and support.
