Eric has spent 15+ years in the contact centre industry with specialist skills in IVR (Genesys Voice Platform), Speech Recognition and Voice Biometrics applications. In the last 4 years he has added Genesys, Cisco and Agent99 (hosted Contact Centre) skills to his portfolio as well as a strong development in business consulting in the contact centre space. Eric has been involved with large projects such as ANZ, ATO, NAB and MLC (Aviva). Due to that experience, Eric brings extremely complimentary skills to VoicePro’s capability and offerings to market.
Moses Otyek – Director
Moses has 16 years in the information technology field with the last 12 years specifically involvedĀ in the contact centre industry. Focused in design of contact centre solutions to meet business goals, his contact centre architecture skills are well respected and sought after at a Federal, State Government and enterprise level.
With advanced skillsets in Genesys products (Genesys Voice Portal, voice recording, Infomart, routing, real time and historical reporting, Genesys desktop, e-services and multimedia and a broad range of PBX brands, he has an enviable reputation to get the deployment done on-time and on-budget.
